I love a good cardi, and when I saw this cute picture of Atlantic-Pacific's outfit I knew I just had to paint it for the Inktober Fall Fashion Illustration Challenge. 

I used a combination of Dr Ph Martin's Liquid Ink, Tombow Markers, and Sakura Micron Pens.
